Free On-Site Station-user Training!
Phones Plus will come to your system site and perform station-user training for
all new and existing employees requesting a "Refresher" course on the phone
system and/or voice mail. This offer is limited to 6 training's within a 1-year
period, and does not cover system administration or Call Accounting.
Free Remote Adds, Moves, and Changes (if equipped)!
If equipped with remote access, Phones Plus will make all remote adds,
moves, and changes at no charge to the customer.
Preventive Maintenance Service Calls!
Phones Plus will visit the customer site for the purpose of performing "preventive
maintenance" at least once during each 12 month period (some larger systems may
require more frequent visits and will be determined by Phones Plus) All replacements
(including replacement telephones, key strips and labels, handset cords, and line
cords) included for no charge.
Free Local and Long Distance Consulting!
Phones Plus will audit for accuracy and price/value of local and long distance invoices
at no charge to the customer. Particular attention will be paid to "slamming".
10% Discounts on Additional Equipment and Upgrades!
All add, move, and change invoices will receive a 10% discount.
Priority Emergency Service!
In the event that more than one customer requires "Emergency Service," the customer
with the Phones Plus Partnership Plan will receive priority over those customers
without Partnership Plan coverage.
Guaranteed Replacement Parts in Stock!
Phones Plus guarantees to all Partnership Plan customers that Phones Plus will maintain
replacement parts in stock, in case of equipment failure. Non-Partnership Plan customers
will receive NO such guarantee.
Guaranteed Response Times for Emergency Service!
Phones Plus guarantees to all Partnership Plan customers an emergency response
time of NO more than 2 hours from the time the customer adequately contacts Phones
Plus. This guarantee is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Guaranteed Trade-In Value for Used Equipment!
When upgrading equipment, due to growth or new technology, Phones Plus guarantees
a pre-determined "Trade-In Value." This policy covers main control cabinets and
processors. It does not cover telephones and circuit cards.
