Our trained customer service representatives, trainers, and project coordinators work to design a customized training and implementation schedule with you.

How It Works

Prior to installation, the project manager develops your project timeline and application solution into a detailed implementation schedule. The team assigned for a particular client or project uses structured pre-planning strategies to minimize confusion throughout the project.

Customer Training
  1. Customer participation and involvement are encouraged to ensure the solution is custom-fitted to your needs. The functionality of your system is discussed, and activation of various features is demonstrated.
  2. The scope of training needs, curriculum, and employee availability are defined to insure maximum utilization of the technology.
  3. The system administrator is selected.
  4. Systems are programmed as discussed and tested prior to installation. During training, each employee will receive a customized easy-to-read user guide.
  5. At the time of installation, your company will receive assistance from project management, training, and sales personnel onsite.
  6. A pre-/post-installation analysis is conducted by the team to evaluate project success and customer satisfaction.

In using these structured techniques, DataComm Plus has the ability to execute a quick and seamless installation that ensures maximum customer satisfaction. Project management will continue to provide assistance for as long as you are covered by our DataComm Plus Partnership Plan or our Managed Services program (C-TAP).
